Right Where You Want Me To Be

This is the end of the road.

Actually, it's a bit past that. About three months past that.

This class has taught me more that I could have ever hoped to learn with Flash: coding, animations, and basically just how to let your imagination go free. Congrats to my friends (known as Team Carrot Wizards) for winning the Civics competition with their game "The Adventures of Henry the Hedgehog". Thanks for a wonderful year, Globaloria!

For the last time,

The End?

Is this the end? Has the class been completed? Are we done? Why so serious?

Weeks of not blogging due to finishing the game in time, presenting the game, and pretty much dedicating my time to the game. But it's done! The game, the presenting, the everything! Now I can finally relax and know that everything is completed.

Should this be the final post? Doubt it. I'll save the goodbyes for another day.

I'm Out Of Decent Blog Post Titles Now...

No fancy name for this post. Just a quick update, no pictures, no Flash embedded, just a simple post.

Finally finished the city scene and the pawn shop. Now to code it and add in Steven's rooftop and bus scenes and this game will be DONE. After months of planning, coding, designing, and everything else Flash related, this thing will be done.  Big sigh of relief for me, because now I can focus on getting my plans in order for 4H, Florida, and the many other things I have planned for summer.

Stressin' out isn't cool.

As Productive As... Uh...

Not much progress this week.  I mean, it's the week before Spring Break; everybody slacks off then!

I can't say too much about the game, since there's no point.  Not much has changed since last time, so I plan do some work at home over break, since I have no life and such.  Hopefully I can finish the city, pawn shop, and mechanic's shop scenes before we come back next Monday.

Guess that's about it. Keepin' it short this week.

Warpin' The Tour

FRIDAY! Yes, finally. Time for a weekend filled with nothing, nothing, and more nothing.  Oh, besides the fact I'm gonna record a few song covers with a friend of mine, maybe play some airsoft, and so on.

There's not too much to talk about.  We just basically added the mechanic's shop level and began work learning drag-and-drop code.  Besides correcting a few glitches and errors, there's nothing much too new.

So, since the game update is pretty much out of the way, I guess I can do a bit of talkin' about the Warped Tour.  Turns out I've been missing the best day of my life for quite some time.  I mean, who doesn't think that a couple days at the beach WHILE listening to awesome bands WHILE hanging with my friends is awesome?

The Ceremony Is About To Begin...

Blogging on a Monday? But why!?

Yes, I'm blogging on a Monday. Why? Well, for one, it's a good day since I can actually see the sun and feel warm when I walk outside.  Another reason is because (if you haven't noticed) there's a BRAND NEW design for this blog.  New background, new name, and overall much more showing of who I am.  Doesn't it make reading a bit more interesting after you've thrown a bit of yourself into the situation?

Don't worry, there's still a progression blog post for Friday as always, I just felt like I should show off the new page and such.

You know what to do. As always,
